Top quality, American-made welding caps. This is our six panel, reversible welding cap. These welding caps are offered in Medium and High crown depth profiles and are constructed of high quality material and are made to last. We make the caps to fit your head perfectly (no coneheads). Our six panel welding caps come with a 3" deep by 9” across. Denim is inserted in the bill, therefore it is soft and holds its shape throughout the life of the cap. All seams are back tacked at start and end for ultimate durability.

Welding Cap Size :
Our sizes may differ in size from other companies. Please measure to ensure accuracy.
Use a flexible tape to measure around the the part of the head that you'd like the band of the hat to rest. Make sure the tape is flat and that it is a comfortable fit. Don't pull too tight.
If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string then lay the string on a ruler to get the measurement in inches.

Welding Cap Crown :
The crown is the distance from top of head to bottom of the cap.
