Shipping and Delivery Policy


EMBROIDERED CAPS AND DORAGS, MEDIUM CROWN, HIGH CROWN, and BIKER CAPS are custom made, so therefore it may take longer to ship.

UNITED STATES:  We ship via the United States Postal Service. 

All shipping options that are available to you will be presented at checkout.  Shipping charge is calculated by weight.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped.

First-Class Mail Parcel should arrive 3 to 5 days after shipment.

Priority Mail should arrive 2 days after shipment.

When your order is shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you.

After leaving our facility, it is the responsibility of the USPS.  

If your package does not arrive, let us know and we will file a claim with the USPS.  Hopefully getting our money back.

If your order is not deliverable, and it is returned to us, your credit card will be automatically charged to reship.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  We ship via USPS.  All options that are available to you will be presented at checkout.  
These orders cannot be tracked unless the package is insured.  Insurance is the customer's responsibility.  Please call or email to add insurance.  We have no control over any duty charges.

All American Hats values your privacy. Your personal information is treated confidential and is not shared.
While it can be a bit of an inconvenience for our returning customers, we also do not store your credit card information.
Any personal information transferred to this site is transferred securely.

Returns & Replacement Policy

We offer an unconditional return/satisfaction guarantee for any reason on our regular welding hats.

All hats are guaranteed for craftsmanship.  

NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER HATS!!  This includes Embroidered Hats and Embroidered Dorags, Medium Crown Hats, and High Crown Hats!!  These are not kept in stock and must be special made.  I suggest that you order only 1 hat until you find the correct fit.  We will be willing to work with you on returns until you find your correct size.


Non Returnable Items:  Hats that have been washed or worn cannot be returned for refund or exchange.  If I tell you to wash one of the hats, this hat will be an exception to exhange.

Refund will be issued on same credit card used for purchase.  If using Paypal, we will send you the refund via PayPal.  
Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Your refund will be immediately issued as soon as we receive your returned hats. You will be responsible for shipping if exchanging the hats.  When we reship, your credit card will be automatically charged for the shipping.

 It is very important to measure your head at the point you want the hat to rest.
 Take this measurement and simply match it with our size chart.
