Ride in style with this All American Biker Hat, custom made just for you. These reversible, four paneled hats are very similar to our welding caps. These hats are made with a shorter 2 inch bill and are a little wider. We add elastic in the back to add stability when riding. These hats can be worn with or without helmets. They have been road tested, no hat flying away... with the short bill and elastic they are on to stay!

Biker Cap Size :
Use a flexible tape to measure around the the part of the head that you'd like the band of the hat to rest. Make sure the tape is flat and that it is a comfortable fit. Don't pull too tight.
If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string then lay the string on a ruler to get the measurement in inches.
Match your measurement to the chart below:
