Welding Cap vs Biker Hat:
They're the same, head-hugger style of cap, but welding caps come in exact hat sizes with a 21/2" bill and our biker hats have elastic bands (better cling) and have a 2" bill. Both welding hats and biker caps are available in 3 depths: low, medium and high crown.
