If for some reason you are not satisfied with the fit or quality, simply contact us within 15 days. Returns must be made within 60 days. This is ample time for a return to be made.

No shipping charges are refunded. On hats returned for replacement or adjustment...all you have to do is pay shipping cost. Please include a note stating what you need done.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED ON ANY RETURNS MADE AFTER THE 60 DAYS!!

ALL REFUNDS ARE MADE BY CHECK. THE CHECK WILL BE MAILED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

HATS RETURNED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY.
