Hat Type | Welding Hat
 All American welding hats are reversible or two hats in one! This low profile hat is constructed of high quality material and made to last. We custom make the hat to fit the head (no coneheads). The hat has two rows of stitching along the bottom of the hat. The bill has three rows of stitching and holds its shape. All seams are back tacked at start and end. The outer fabric of this four paneled hat is the fabric of your choice. We choose a matching lining and a matching thread. You can choose the fabric for both sides of your hat for an additional charge of $3. Most of our hats are 100% cotton. Fabric content of the fabric will be noted with each swatch. It will also be noted that the fabric is lightweight, medium weight, or heavy weight. | Biker Cap These reversible, four paneled hats are made of quality cotton fabric. They are very similar to our welding hats. They are made with a shorter and wider bill. We add a 2 1/2" piece of elastic in the back of the hat to add stability when riding.
The hat itself has one row of stitching along the bottom of the hat. The bill is made with three rows of stitching.

Our do rags are made of quality fabric and are made to last. All have a terrycloth sweatband inserted in the front, inside the band. They come with a medium length tail and longer ties. |

To measure your size (circumference) : Use a flexible tape* to measure around the the part of the head that you'd like the band of the hat to rest. Make sure the tape is flat and that it is a comfortable fit. Don't pull too tight.
Using the resulting inches, match your size to our size chart. There's a chance that our size chart will vary from other companies, so please don't assume size... take the time to make sure. |

Using flexible tape*, measure from the crown of the head (highest peak) to the location you'd like the bottom of the band.
If you have an existing hat that fits fine, lay it down, flat on the front to back axis. Measure the distance from the top of the crown to the bottom of the band. |
*Helpful hints :
-Use a piece of string to measure, then lay the string down on a ruler for exact inches.
-Fabrics are not pre-shrunk. However, our sizes compensate for shrinkage.
