Fabric Contents: 100% Lightweight Cotton

Both our Welding and Biker hats/caps are low profile and are constructed of high quality material that's made to last. We custom make the hats to fit the head perfectly (no coneheads). The hats have two rows of stitching along the bottom. The bill has three rows of stitching and holds its shape throughout the life of the hat. All seams are back tacked at start and end for ultimate durability.

Most of our hats are 100% cotton. Fabric content of the fabric will be noted in the details of the product. Weight of the fabric (lightweight, medium weight, or heavy weight) will also be noted. All of our hats are made of quality cotton fabric.

Welding hats: The bill of our welding caps are 2 1/2" deep and 7 1/2" wide

Biker hats: very similar to our welding hats. They are made with a shorter and wider bill, but We add a 2 1/2" piece of elastic in the back of the hat to add stability when riding.
