Shipping and Delivery Policy


UNITED STATES:  We ship via the United States Postal Service.  All shipping options that are available to you will be presented at checkout.  Shipping charge is calculated by weight.  A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped.

First-Class Mail Parcel should arrive 3 to 5 days after shipment

Priority Mail should arrive 2 days after shipment

When your order is shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  We ship via USPS.  All options that are available to you will be presented at checkout.   These orders cannot be tracked unless the package is insured.  Insurance is the customer's responsibility.  Please call or email to add insurance.


* If hat order is returned to All American Hats because of an incorrect address, you will have to pay shipping cost to have it reshipped.  

Privacy & Security

All American Hats values your privacy. Your personal information is treated confidential and is not shared. While it can be a bit of an inconvenience for our returning customers, we also do not store your credit card information.  Any personal information transferred to this site is transferred securely.  For more information, see our privacy policy

Returns & Replacement Policy

We offer an unconditional return/satisfaction guarantee for any reason.  If your purchase does not fit or you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange the item.  Your refund will be immediately issued as soon as we receive your returned hats.

Returns must be made within 30 days from date of delivery.

Contact us for a "RMA" (return authorization) giving reason for return.  

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.  Shipping charges for replacements are as follows:  1-4 hats $3 flat rate      5 or more hats $6 flat rate   

Non Returnable Items:  Hats that have been washed or worn cannot be returned for refund or exchange.  No Exceptions

Refund will be issued on same credit card used for purchase.  If using paypal, we will send you the refund via PayPal.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

2. Fax Orders: Fill out order form and fax to 225-644-8751.  Be sure to include payment info.

3. Phone Orders: Simply call in your order, giving us payment information. We will process your order immediately.

Orders are processed in the order that they are received.  Hats are made to order.  We ask that you allow at least 10 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to be shipped.  

Your satisifaction is very important to us.  Our size chart differs from other hat companies size chart.  It is very important to measure your head at the point you want the hat to rest.  Take this measurement and simply match it with our size chart.
