SHIPPING & DELIVERY

UNITED STATES:

The shipping is "FREE" to all customers in the United States. We ship USPS. When your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number to your package.

CANADA:

The shipping charges going to Canada is a flat rate of $19.95USD. Your order will be shipped USPS. Orders going to Canada cannot be tracked unless the package is insured. Purchasing insurance is the customers responsibility. Please call or email to add insurance.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International orders are usually shipped global priority mail. These orders are shipped for a flat of $23.95USD. These orders cannot be tracked unless the package is insured. Insurance is the customers responsibility. Please call or email to add insurance.

All American Hats values your privacy. Your personal information is treated confidential and is not shared. While it can be a bit of an incovenience for our returning customers, we also do not store your credit card information. Any personal information transfered to this site is transfered securely. Returns & Replacements

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the fit or quality, simply contact us. We will definately work with you to get the correct fit, or we will refund the purchase price.

Ordering

1. Online Orders

2. Fax Orders: Fill out order form and fax to 225-644-8751. Be sure to include payment info.

3. Phone Orders: Simply call in your order, giving us payment information. We will process your order immediately.

Orders are processed in the order that they are received. Hats are made to order. We ask that you allow at least 10 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to be shipped.
