All American Hats Welding and Biker hats/caps are low profile and are constructed of high quality material that's made to last. We custom make the hats to fit your head perfectly (no coneheads). The hats have two rows of stitching along the bottom. The bill has three rows of stitching and holds its shape throughout the life of the hat. All seams are back tacked at start and end for ultimate durability.
Most of our hats are 100% cotton. Fabric type will be noted in the details of the product. Weight of the fabric (lightweight, medium weight, or heavy weight) will also be noted. All of our hats are made of quality cotton fabric.
Our welding hats and biker caps are very similar. The bill of a welding hat is 2 1/2" deep and 7 1/2" wide. The size of a welding hat is exact. The biker hat is made with a shorter and wider bill. Also, we add a 2 1/2" piece of elastic in the back of the biker hat to add stability when riding.
